Symbolic bankruptcy?

Levitt and Sons, heirs to the legacy of the iconic, post-war boom Levittown suburbs, have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Could this presage the beginning of the end of suburban development as we've known it for 50+ years? I can dream, can't I?
